Fraxenor SpA ("Fraxenor", "we") respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21.719 on Personal Data Protection of Chile, in force since 2026.

2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email you provide on the subscription forms, plus browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you accept analytical cookies.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to: (i) send you information about real estate crowdlending projects; (ii) respond to your queries; (iii) comply with legal obligations applicable to Fintec operators in Chile; and (iv) improve the site experience.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent given when completing the subscription form, as well as on Fraxenor's legitimate interest in managing the relationship with the subscriber.
5. Retention
We retain your data while your subscription is active. If you request unsubscription, your data will be anonymized within 30 calendar days, except where legal retention applies.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability by writing to privacidad@fraxenor.com. You may also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Chile.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers (email, analytics) may be located outside Chile. In such cases we require contractual clauses that ensure a level of protection equivalent to Chilean law.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, audit logs and an annual independent review.
